Appointment with your Personal Progress Mentor

Your PPM will contact you to discuss your planned programme of study.

STEP 2

Subject advice

If you are choosing to restart with different subjects, you may need advice from a subject specialist. Your Enrolment Advisor will be able to book an appointment for you using Microsoft Teams.

You’ll receive an email confirming the appointment time and a link for you to click to join the call. Some students might need to undertake an assessment to check their suitability for a course; if this is something you need to do your Enrolment Advisor will be able to explain this and make an appointment for you.

STEP 3

Confirm your programme

When you’ve had all the advice you need, you will agree with your Enrolment Advisor the courses that you are enrolling for.

We’ll send you an Enrolment Agreement by email which you’ll need to check and respond to confirm your enrolment.

STEP 4

Completing your enrolment

Once we have received your Enrolment Agreement back, we will process your enrolment and you’ll receive a further email to confirm you are now a WQE student. This will also include details of:

  • How to access Induction Activities for your courses.
  • Information about Orientation.
  • Virtual social rooms that will help you get to know other students.

That’s it! Don’t worry if this sounds confusing at first, your PPM will guide you through the whole process and will make sure you understand what is required at each step along the way.
